Cinnamon Granola Bark Overnight Oats

Take the guesswork out of overnight oats by using Granola Bark as your base.

*Vegan, free of the 8 main food allergens*

1/2 - 1 cup of Cinnamon Crunch Granola Bark

½ – ¾ cup milk or milk alternative (oat milk, rice milk, etc.)

Fresh fruit of your choice

Set 1-2 servings of Granola Bark (about ½-1 cup) in the bottom of a glass jar or cup.  Pour milk on top of bark, just enough to cover.  Set in fridge overnight, or at least for a few hours.  Next, take out of the fridge and stir.  Heat if you like your overnight oats warm. Add fresh fruit on top, such as mango, banana, and lime zest (pictured here).  You can even add crumbled or crushed Granola Bark on top for even more protein and fiber. Voila, your overnight oats are ready, and contain 4-8g plant-based protein, depending on the amount of Granola Bark used.  Enjoy!
