6-8 pieces of Granola Bark
1 cup chocolate chips
parchment paper
Melt chocolate chips in a small saucepan or double boiler over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted. Turn heat to low, and carefully dip Granola Bark into chocolate, taking care to not burn your fingers on the hot melted chocolate. Lay each piece carefully on parchment paper, and leave to cool, 2 hours at room temperature, or 30 mins in the refrigerator.
Enjoy chocolate-dipped Granola Bark all by itself, or “wow” your guests by placing it on top of a small dish of vanilla ice cream!
